With a couple of  years of trading history we have a proven track record of undertaking a wide variety of Electrical Installations be it Shell & Core Infrastructure and refurbishments, Data Centers, Retail and Commercial Fit out’s.

We have the in house expertise to carry out complex engineering projects from inception to completion with our directly employed Project Managers, Supervisors & Electricians bringing a proactive and flexible approach to understanding our client’s requirements, with the ultimate goal of delivering a high quality Installation on time and within budget.

We carry out a full range of Mechanical Services Installations including Commercial Fit Out, Infrastructure, Refurbishment, Data Centers and Retail for a mixture of principal contractors and end users.

With our team’s in house expertise we provide a pro-active approach and look to work with the professional team to allow a smooth delivery from tender to completion. With our directly employed Project Managers, Technical Managers and Site Managers we always look to provide a collaborative and inclusive approach with other trades and aspects of the construction process.

At kigulya,we undertake design ranging from CDP elements to full design and design and build.

We have full in house CAD and BIM resources available to verify, develop and coordinate consultant engineers designs and models.

We produce detailed coordinated MEP 3D models utilising Revit, Autocad Fabrication CAD MEP and Navisworks software. Upon completion of coordination we generate detailed 2D working drawings for our site operatives to install to.

In addition to the above, where required we have capability to carry out 3D point cloud surveys. This helps with coordination in buildings where new services have to be installed around existing services & structures.

Our appointed BIM manager is constantly monitoring and updating our BIM databases, templates & families to ensure we have a standardized  identity across all of our models & drawings.

Throughout our projects we also have the capability to asset tag and add Html hyperlinks to any items that require this, enabling us to generate data drops including any IFC files or COBie information required. We will do this in line with our clients requirements typically detailed within EIR’s and BEP’s (Employers Information Requirements and Building Execution Plans).

Additionally, we supplement our own resources with tried and trusted external consultant engineers & BIM consultants.
